Sacred Women's Circle

Details

A Women's Circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together and embrace each other's uniqueness, use our voices to express what we need and hold space for one another as we share our lived experiences.

Women have been gathering in circles throughout history. When we participate in a women’s circle, we carry on the tradition of our female ancestors by forming a sacred community to celebrate the feminine.
Our women’s circle welcomes all humans, cis or trans, who feel themselves to be a woman. We hope to have a wide variety of generations represented in our circles so that we may learn from one another throughout the various stages of life.

The women’s circle gives each participant a chance to speak their truth without judgment. We embrace women as our sisters by lifting each other up. Sharing with supportive, empowering women can help to release our burdens and lighten our load. When women gather and speak their truth, it is a powerful thing that can create dramatic shifts within ourselves, within our families and within our communities.

The women’s circle is a chance to focus on self-love. We are taking the time to nurture ourselves. The circle is a time to rest, to connect with sisters, and focus on physical, mental and spiritual well being. It is a time for healing.

We welcome you, exactly as you are.

The circles are facilitated by Kiley and Mandi. We will meet virtually on the first Monday of every month from 7pm-8:30pm. We will also hold in-person gatherings occasionally so that we can find deeper connection to one another.

We will begin with Community Guidelines, introductions and a brief meditation to bring us all together. The rest is up to us to co-create together.
