Join Salsa With Pride, a beginner-friendly Latin dance experience created for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. This recurring monthly event is all about movement, connection, and creating a space where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and free to be themselves.
No experience? No partner? No problem. This space is intentionally inclusive — everyone learns how to lead and follow, regardless of gender or dance background.

What to expect each month:
• 1 hour Beginner Salsa instruction
• 30-minute Mix & Mingle
• 1 hour Beginner Bachata instruction
• Learn both lead & follow roles
• Supportive, affirming, and respectful environment

Donations are welcome but never required.
Instructor: Tiffany Vlard
Tiffany Vlard is a queer, POC Latin dance instructor based in Baltimore. She has been teaching salsa and bachata in the Baltimore area for over two and a half years, with a strong focus on beginner-friendly instruction, musicality, and creating inclusive, affirming dance spaces.
Tiffany is the founder of Bmore Urbana and is known for building community-centered events that welcome dancers of all identities, backgrounds, and experience levels. Her teaching emphasizes confidence, connection, and joy — meeting students where they are while encouraging growth on and off the dance floor.
Salsa With Pride is more than a dance class — it’s about community, joy, and belonging through movement. Whether you identify as LGBTQ+, an ally, or are simply curious to try something new, you are welcome here.
