Carl is a SAFe Program Consultant and the Chief Executive Officer at Synergistic Agility. He has a proven track record of leadership expertise in improving operational efficiency for large-scale initiatives, both in private and government sectors. Carl oversees an organization that provides certification training and Agile coaching for large and small organizations assisting in Scaled Agile transformations, increased productivity, and greater market penetration.

Carl has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College. He is also a Scaled Agile Program Consultant, Lean Portfolio Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner, Project Management Professional, Earned Value Management Professional, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
