Hello everyone! My name is Maurice and will be hosting this group event! There is an Amazing Art Expo coming to Baltimore June 20 till 22nd. I will be hosting meetup for people who want to go with me and others like myself. I can guide and lead those from the expo. Location and Transport: The event will take place at the Lord Baltimore hotel located not to far from the Inner Harbor and the Aquarium! You can either drive, catch the light, metro, or uber there. Which ever is your means of transportation is your choice. For those who will catch the Metro, the Metro will make a stop at Charles Center metro and the Lord Baltimore hotel is located right across street from the Charles Center Metro. Traffic will be crazy, so if you plan to drive. Get there early if you need to because parking will be hectic. There is a Light Rail that let you off near the Orioles stadium and it be like a 5 to 10 min walk to the Lord Baltimore Hotel.
Event Details: The expo will have Star Wars, Dc/Marvel, Cosplay, Anime, Lord of the rings, Harry Potter, and many other fun interests as well. If you are to come, I will create a group chat for us so that way we can all be in contact with each other to make sure we safe, to ask questions, talk, text, and overall just to make sure we all are ok. Age is no issue but I do require you to be 21 or older just in case of drinking.
Hotels: I will be staying down there at nearby hotel for the whole weekend till the expo is over. We can stay at the same hotel or if you prefer you own, that’s fine as well. Just let me know which hotel for safety reasons. You don’t have tell no one else in the group where you’re staying at. The hotels in the area are nice and most are 4 stars.
Alcohol and Beer: If we are to drink alcohol or beer, we will do checks in’s with each other to make sure we all are ok! No driving if you plan to drink! Stay at a nearby hotel or get an uber home! But please!!! No drinking and driving!!! If you do plan to get hotel, try to book one ASAP since they might have a lot other bookings as well because of the Expo. If you prefer to stay one day only or the full 3 days please let me know as well. But be warned, they might not let you in if you’re drunk/drinking before the Expo starts and the police will be in that area too to keep things under control. I will also like for someone to Co Organize this with me as well. You’ll have till next Friday till 2pm to attend this event.
