Hello everyone! My name is Maurice and I will be hosting this event. First and foremost this will be my first event that will be organizing and I would like Co Organizer as well to assist me. More so a woman to help other women who will be joining us and to to assist them! This event will take place at the Lord Baltimore Hotel located in Baltimore city/downtown near the Inner Harbor and Aquarium.
Age requirement to join this group is 21 or older and no kids are allowed. Kids are allowed at the event, this group however is for adults only. The event is free but there is a VIP pay option as well! I will create a group chat so we can all be able to keep in touch with each other while we there. Ask questions, text, interests in events, or overall just in general to help each other and to have fun at the event! It’s also so I can know everyone is safe! Location and Transportation: If you are to drive, catch metro, light rail, or uber. Please try get there early if you are to drive! Traffic and parking will be tedious so I advise you to leave early if you need to! If you are to catch the metro, the hotel where the event will be at is across from the Charles Center Metro station where you will get off at. If you are to catch the light rail, it’ll be a 5 till 10 minute walk to the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The light rail will let you off not to far from the orioles stadium and you have to walk to the Lord Baltimore hotel from the light drop off station. I can meet people at the Charles Center and light rail drop offs.
Hotel Bookings: If you are to stay at a nearby hotel for the night, two days, or the full weekend? You may want to book ASAP just in case they get full from other bookings! I heard people are coming from outta state as well. Most of the hotels in the area are 3 star or higher and range from 60 dollars to 200 a night.
I will be staying at hotel myself the full weekend. You have a choice to stay with others at the same hotel within the group or to pick one yourself nearby to stay at alone. If you are to stay alone, please let me or the Co organizer know as well so we know you’re safe and sound. No one else will know which hotel you’re staying except for me and the Co Organizer. If you are to stay with others at same hotel, please do check ins with each other to make sure everyone is safe and sound and to have an head count of everyone who is staying.

Respectfulness: Please be respectful of others within the group when we meet and people at the expo. If you don’t get along with someone within the group, please let me know and separate yourself from that person if you’re feeling uncomfortable or not safe around them. I don’t tolerate bad behavior or disrespectfulness. Troublemakers will be removed from the group and the POLICE will be called if anyone within the group is feeling unsafe.
Alcohol and Beer: If you are to drink be it if we hangout out after the event or while we at it? Please no drinking and driving and causing trouble while drinking! There are many hotels nearby you can stay at or uber home! No excuses! No drinking and driving! The police will be there to keep things under control! We will do checks ins with each other to make sure we all are ok! If you are to cause trouble while you are drunk! You will be removed from the GROUP! No excuses! We are to enjoy ourselves and to have fun!
Please feel free to ask any questions! There are many place nearby you can check out such as clubs, restaurants, the inner harbor, and bars when the event is over. Or just hangout with others within the group. You’re free to explore but communication is key to this group so we all know you are safe by the end of the nights!
