Tai Chi Treasures Workshop
Learn exercises rooted in the practices of tai chi, qigong, zhan zhuang (meditation) as well as the Hawaiian Huna health practices. The goal of the class is for these practices to bring health, wellness, and vitality into your daily life. With ancient wisdom we can turn every moment of our lives, including everyday activities such as walking, sitting, standing, and breathing, into opportunities for self-care and greater awareness. Here are some of the benefits of such practices:
- Improved sleep
- Less feelings of stress and anxiety, greater ability to stay calm and relaxed
- Greater vitality, and improved health and wellness
- Prevention or improvement of back pain
- Development of qi and greater understanding of the role of qi
- Integrating tai chi and qigong practices into your daily activities
- Improve your daily movements including walking, climbing stairs, and sitting
- Apply the principles of tai chi to deal with difficult people and situations

This class is open to all, from beginners to those who have been studying tai chi for year.
