The Baltimore Tech meetup gathers the broader tech community for learning, networking, and sharing. The meetup will serve as a roundup of the area's innovation scene and a meeting place to foster connections between entrepreneurs, developers, designers, founders, investors, companies, educators, technologists and other interested parties.

Baltimore has always been a city of builders, from shipyards to startups, murals to microchips. "Built with Charm" is a new gathering for everyone building something in our city.
Whether you’re shipping an app, experimenting with new tech, finishing a client project you’re proud of, or just getting started on an idea, this is your space to share, connect, and celebrate the act of building something in the city.
## Why this exists:
We believe the best ideas often start small and they start here. This isn't about corporate polish or pitch decks. It’s about:
- Progress over polish: Unfinished is welcome.
- Community over competition: Share, support, and build together.
- Local over corporate: Highlighting what’s being made right here.
- Creativity over conformity: Code, design, hardware, art—it all counts.
## What to expect:
Each event is a simple, energetic gathering focused on sharing and connection.
- Show & Tell: 5-7 minute casual demos (no slides needed).
- Community Spotlight: A deeper look at a local project.
- Open Mic: 1-minute lightning ideas from anyone in the audience.
- Connect: Time to talk, network, and collaborate with other creative people.

- Spark Baltimore is located in PowerPlant Live! next to Charm City Clue Room on the first floor.
- There's garage parking nearby at the Harbor Park with $15 flat rate if you purchase parking ahead of time https://harborparkgarage.com/prepay-for-parking
- We will meet for drinks in the area after.
