Jeffrey Scruggs is a software engineer, entrepreneur, and creative technologist with a background in civil and transportation engineering. After teaching himself Python and AI while working full-time, he transitioned into tech roles with the Naval Surface Warfare Center and Booz Allen Hamilton. He now serves as Chief Technology Officer at Venture for T.H.E.M., supporting Black and Brown entrepreneurs, and is also the founder of Majestic Light Group, a software consulting firm. Jeffrey blends technical expertise with a deep commitment to community, using creativity and innovation to drive social impact and inspire the next generation. His journey is rooted in faith, purpose, and the power of meaningful connections.
