Baltimore Travel Community: Oktobierfest

Details
Come join the Baltimore Travel Community for Max’s Taphouse take on Oktoberfest with their Oktobierfest. A weekend filled with German beers (beirs) and food like Bratwurst we will meet Saturday night for drinks, food, and fun.
Oktoberfest originated in 1810 as a week-long celebration of the wedding between Prince Ludwig of Bavaria and Princess Therese. The festivities, which included a horse race, were so well-received that the royal couple made it an annual event. Now Oktoberfest is known as the world’s largest folk festival in Munich, Germany held over a two-week period and ending on the first Sunday in October.
Please check the event comments for the meeting point as this will be updated based on available space for our group. There is paid street parking in the Fells Point neighborhood and Max’s can also be accessed by the free Charm City Circulator and paid city buses.
While there are not trips to Germany, the Prague, Vienna, Budapest trip is similar to culture and history, especially during the November and December trips to the Christmas markets. This event is brought to you by the Digital Experiences Company - your one stop shop for adult group travel including Under30Experiences, Over30Experiences, and Digital Nomad Trips. Don't forget $100 off your first trip.
