August 2019 Meetup - Vim Startup

Take two! We missed July but let's see how August does for us.

Per usual meetup procedure, we'll gather at the VLP for presentation(s), and afterwards anyone who still wants to hang out can continue on to a nearby food venue.

If you've never played with Vim's startup flags, I don't blame you; the coolest stuff happens after you're inside Vim. But, there are some interesting ways Vim can be interacted with from the command line, and I'll explore a few of those in this talk.
