October 2019 Meetup - Atom's "Vim" Mode

While it's a spooky time for a Meetup, let's show people we aren't scared!

Per usual meetup procedure, in October we'll gather at the VLP for presentation(s), and afterwards anyone who still wants to hang out can continue on to a nearby food venue.
