What book would you want with you on a deserted island?

One that taught me how to survive. Or how to build a raft.

What was your favorite book as a child?

The Narnia books, The Horse and His Boy was probably my favorite. I read a lot of science fiction when I was a teenager, stuff like Piers Anthony and Harry Harrison.

Where is your favorite reading spot?

At my breakfast table.

Introduction

Hi. I work in the City and recently read The Crime of Galileo by Santillano. If I was a writer I'd write a book called "In Defense of the Inquisition," because despite what you may have heard about them, procedurally they were very fair.
