Join me and the Band & Build Squad for a fun and energizing outdoor fitness class by the beach, followed by Brunch Meetup! This session is a Full Body training, with a mix of upper body, legs, glutes and core-strengthening abs exercises. Prepare to feel everything burn!! 🍑🔥

We will provide you Light, Medium, and Hard bands—pick the one that matches your vibe and let's get going! Whether you're a gymrat, just starting out, or simply looking for a group of active and motivated people, this class is for you!
