This is a community for people building with AI and machine learning, applying them at work, or deciding whether a problem needs AI in the first place. We follow products from “wouldn’t it be useful if…” through testing, building, launching, finding customers and earning their next payment.

Along the way, we ask how founders make decisions when the data is incomplete, the budget is real and the model is feeling unusually creative. What should you build first? How do you know it works? Where do customers come from? When is more AI making the product worse?
