1. Visitors need to report to the main gate of the SEZ. The security main gate will have the list of attendees who have registered. The visitors will need to show ID and sign against their name.

2. Then they need to come to EMC block B (security at the gates can provide directions). They can park anywhere around block B. There are enough car and bike parking slots available, also it being a Saturday, parking shouldn’t be a problem at all.

3. Once parked, they should report at the reception at the ground floor of block B. They need to show ID and sign against their name in the list of attendees. Security will issue a temporary badge. There will be 3-4 registration desks so it will not be much of a bottleneck.

4. Then they can go to the venue, which is the enclosed cafeteria on the 9th floor of EMC block B. An EMC employee who is volunteering at the event will escort them.
