Description: Anuj will discuss about a real-life use case with a bug description and the process his team went through to debug and fix it. It will touch upon basics of debugging, looking deeper into your code w.r.t. memory utilization and also touch upon memoize and cache operations.

Talk: A mental model for front-end app development

Description: Amarjeet will share a mental model that captures the essence of logic flow in a front-end application. Different front-end frameworks implement this mental model differently, but the essence of the logic flow remains broadly the same. He will demonstrate the translation of this mental model to code using Reagent library, and along the way, will briefly touch upon how other libraries (ex: re-frame) implements this model. In addition, there will be some practical advice on what to adopt/do in order to start making beautiful UIs from day one.
