About us
HANS is "Anti-Hacking Anticipation Society" an Non Government Organisation, founded on 2005 with a mission to fight against Cyber crime. We registered on March 3, 2009 under Societies Registration Act XXl, 1860.
Our focus is to educate the society, as most of the cyber crimes are the result of lack of awareness in the society. The pace at which the technology is seeking heights does not match with the pace at which the masses are acquiring knowledge about its true usage and effects.
We believe knowledge can prevent most of the cyber crimes. Most of the people in India do not even know that we have Cyber Laws to safeguard the country's people from being a victim to the Cyber Crime. Even trivial matters of concern are taken care of. But, just that since no one knows about its existence, it stands completely ignored and unused.
