**Prasad Joshi,** **VP, Chief Data Scientist @AICoE – Jio Platforms**
Prasad heads AICoE efforts for broad business areas such as Consumer Retail and New Commerce AI applications, Media Search-Discovery & Personalization and new age AI research on LLMs. His research interests include Information Retrieval, NLP & Language understanding, recommendations, consumer behavior modeling along with applied research in the field of ecommerce. Prior to Jio Platforms some of his stints were – global head of Unbxd search, Director Myntra/ Flipkart, research scientist at Microsoft Bing and Yahoo. He is an IIT Bombay,CSE alumnus and has over 15 years of experience in the industry with stints in academia as invited guest lecturer at Kellogg school of business, IIT Bombay, UIUC, etc.
 
Prasad and his team at AICoE – the AI wing at Jio Platforms Limited - work on consumer-facing AI problems such as search, discovery, personalization recommendations, campaign management, language understanding, etc. across retail, media and connectivity verticals. Apart from developing AI products and solutions for various businesses, the team has been instrumental in creating over a dozen IPs in this space.

**Harshad Saykhedkar, Co-Founder at xAmbit AI**
Harshad has been working on AI and ML before it was cool, since almost a decade back. He has worked on massive scale ML and data engineering for many startups and large companies such as Slack. Few months back, he started up building a B2B focussed AI company. He has keen interest on explaining the maths and tech behind AI in simple words. Harshad holds a master's degree from IIT Mumbai

Simrat has a rich background of in Data Science with expertise in NLP, she helped build multiple products from scratch at companies like VMware and FI money.
