WHEN: 4th May 2024 (Saturday)

TIME: 7:00PM Onwards

WHERE (Venue): To be held somewhere in Central Bangalore at a premium venue. The exact location will be communicated to you via WhatsApp or e-Mail at least 2 days before the meetup.

COST: The price is totally dependent on the venue managers. The price will be in the range of Rs. 500 - Rs.900 per head (including a veg dinner). I will ask for quotes from multiple venues this weekend. You won't be paying BHSC any type of organizer's fee or membership fees.

PAYMENT METHOD: Once I receive a quote per head that include event space and food, I will update it here. You will be expected to pay the venue fee at least before 2nd May via UPI or Bank Transfer, so that I can meet the venue's minimum confirmed bookings criteria, and also to ensure that there are no hiccups on the day of the meetup.
