Alpha Brainwave Activation Meditation - Unleash Your Creativity

In this 2 hour-long session, we use music, chakra balancing, grounding meditation and aspects of yoga nidra to enter into a deep state of calm and relaxation.

2:00 pm - sound therapy
2:35 pm - chakra balancing + grounding meditation + yoga nidra
3:00 pm - paint from your subconscious
3:30 pm - high tea

Through this session, we aim to activate your alpha brainwaves to increase your creativity and focus. Other benefits include:

• Improving breathing and circulation;
• Alleviating aches and pains;
• Improved mood;
• Empower your body's own inner wisdom and self-healing processes; and

After the music therapy and meditation, we gently rouse participants so they can paint from their subconscious. No prior painting experience required!

The session will be followed by high tea.

This workshop is open to all individuals above 12 years of age and is generally meant for all people. However, the session is most helpful for creators (artists, writers, designers, people making new products / services, entrepreneurs, etc) looking to spark their creativity and flow state. People wanting to self-indulge and desiring time for self-care are also welcome!
