Speakers Bio:

Dr. Om Deshmukh:
Dr. Om Deshmukh is a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from University of Maryland, College Park. He has 50+ international publications (several best paper awards) and 50+ patents (filed/granted). In 2017, he was recognized as one of the top 10 data scientists in India. In 2019, his data science team at Yodlee was recognized as one of the top 10 data science teams to work in India. He spent close to a decade in IBM Research and Xerox Research driving various state-of-the- art Machine Learning initiatives for global technical research, technology strategy and start-up partnerships. Before starting on the entrepreneurial journey, Om ran the delivery of data-science driven products at Yodlee Infotech. Om is the co-founder and CEO of TildeHat: a deep-tech startup launched in Dec-2019.

Eleonora Nazander:
Elenora works for Bain & Company as an advanced analytics manager in the United States. She specializes in advanced analytics visualization and statistical forecasting. She is a young professional working towards sustainable development goals of United Nations, and she is actively engaged in using her data science and visualization skills to the projects and initiatives of social impact. She has completed the data science and visualization program from Stanford University. She also holds a master’s in economics and Business Analytics from Aalto University, Finland.

Veena Mokal:
Senior Data Scientist, Digital R&D Unilever, Bangalore, India holds Master’s degree in Statistical Modeling from Pune University & has over 10 years of experience in the field of Data science & Predictive modelling. She has worked in various domain like BFSI, FMCG & Consumer Electronics. Her expertise is in Multivariate Analysis, Machine Learning & Neural Networks.
During her career she has been involved in multiple projects in Marketing analytics, Cost optimization, Price sensitivity & Consumer product performance which involved developing data driven models using advanced analytics & statistical techniques.

Neha Bagaria:
Neha Bagaria is the Founder & CEO of JobsForHer, an online platform that connects women with companies, communities and skilling opportunities to start, restart and rise in their careers. Since its inception in 2015, JobsForHer has worked with over 2 million women and counting, 7000+ companies, 1000+ mentors and 400+ reskilling partners across India to enable women to accelerate their careers.
JobsForHer is not Neha’s first entrepreneurial venture. Right after she graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Neha founded her first company, Paragon, an educational startup to bring the Advanced Placement Program to India. When marriage brought her to Bangalore, she started working with Kemwell, a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company, in the fields of HR, Finance and Marketing strategy.
