Cambodia is an offbeat destination of South-east Asia known for awe-inspiring temples, pristine nature and clean beaches. The intricately carved temples of Angkor are Cambodia’s main draw, but we will also explore the wilderness of the north and the party islands of the south.

16th Oct, Friday
Late night flight from India to Siem Reap

17th Oct, Saturday
Reach Siem Reap, which is the tourist hub of Cambodia. We will check-in and then have brunch. Rest for a few hours to overcome the jet lag.
In the evening, we will go for a buffet dinner with the Apsara dance show

18th Oct, Sunday
A whole day guided trip (4:30am to 1pm) to the world renowned temple of Angkor Wat, also a UNESCO heritage site. The temple has thousands of feet of wall space covered with intricate carving depicting scenes from Hindu mythology.
Rest in the afternoon.
In evening we will go for shopping and later to the pub street.

19th Oct, Monday
Morning at leisure. Checkout at noon and later we will go for the excursion to the floating village. In late evening, we will explore the local cafes of Siem Reap.
Board an overnight sleeper bus to Sihanoukville.
Meals: Breakfast and evening snacks

20th Oct, Tuesday
Sihanoukville is a coastal province, and we will board the morning ferry to a nearby island, Koh Rong. It is also described as an island paradise popular for clean beaches and a vibrant party atmosphere.
In late afternoon, we will go for a small hike around the island.

21st Oct, Wednesday
At Koh Rong, we will do some unique adventure activities. We will do boat trips to smaller islands and snorkeling at the coral reefs. Watch the sunset from the Koh Samoleum.

22nd Oct, Thursday
Board the morning ferry to Sihanoukville and then board a bus to Phnom Penh.
Visit the royal palace in the afternoon.
We can do shopping at the night market of the capital city.

23rd Oct, Friday
Morning at leisure. Afternoon flight from Phnom Penh to India.
Meals: Breakfast

Meghalaya, the abode of clouds, is famous for rainforests, root bridges, clean rivers, large unexplored caves and bamboo crafts. It has gorgeous waterfalls including the Nohkalikai falls i.e. the highest single plunge waterfall of India.

Sunday
Reach Guwahati in morning and travel to Shillong (5hrs)

Monday
Mawryngkhang bamboo trek
It is considered one of the thrilling treks of the North-East. Starting from a small hamlet in the East Khasi Hills, it takes places over a series of connected bamboo bridges that are laid out by the villagers over mountain ridges, farms, and roaring rivers.

Tuesday
We will visit Dawki, a tiny hamlet on the border of India and Bangladesh. We will take a boat ride on the crystal clear waters of Umngot river.
In Afternoon, we will go to Mawlynnong i.e. Asia’s cleanest village.

Wednesday
Cherrapunji Sightseeing
We will get to witness the 1000 metre plunge of Nohkalikhai Falls (includes an hour trek)
Post lunch we will take a dip in the beautiful and clean step waterfalls of Wei Sawdong.(half hour trek)

Thursday
We will trek to the world famous double decker root bridge of Meghalaya. This bridge is formed by weaving the roots of trees which are over 1000 years old.
The Rainbow Waterfall is a gorgeous waterfall, which is 2hours hike from the root bridge. In the afternoon, the sunlight from the west triggers a rainbow on these waterfalls.

Friday
We trek back to Cherrapunji.
In late afternoon we will visit the famous Arwah caves.

Saturday
Visit Laitlum Canyon in morning and Phe Phe Falls in the afternoon.
In evening we can do shopping in the Shillong market famous for bamboo crafts.

Sunday,
Drive from Shillong to Guwahati airport.

Day 1:
Reach Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina.
Rest to overcome the jet lag of long flight.

Day 2:
Take a short flight to Puerto Iguazú, located at the junction of three countries. We will watch the sunset at the tripoint. Watch the famous Rafain Churrascaria, which is a show of flavor and cultures in South America.

Day 3:
Explore the Iguazu falls, one of the largest waterfall system of the world. Take a raft to get closer to the falls.
Overnight flight from Iguazú to Ushuaia

Day 4:
In the morning , reach Ushuaia airport which is surrounded by ocean on three sides. Rest for some time and then explore the quaint town. We can go for a scenic ride in Southern Fuegian Railway.

Day 5:
We start a cruise in the afternoon. In the evening we sail along the famous Beagle Channel and the scenic Mackinlay Pass.

Day 6 and 7:
We cross the Drake Passage. The first sightings of icebergs and snow-capped mountains indicate that we have reached the South Shetland Islands, a group of twenty islands and islets.

Day 8 to 11:
We will navigate some of the most beautiful waterways (depending on the ice conditions): the Gerlache Strait, the Neumayer Channel, and the Lemaire Channel, the latter are narrow passages between towering rock faces and spectacular glaciers. We plan to make at least two landings per day

Day 12 & 13:
We cross the Drake Channel (northbound). As we return from the Antarctica expedition, you can learn about navigation and watch for whales. A full program of lectures will be offered

Day 14:
We arrive at the port of Ushuaia in the early morning and disembark after breakfast. We can take an afternoon or evening flight to Buenos Aires.

Day 15:
Return flight from Buenos Aires to India
