DAY 1 :

  • Your Mysore tour package from Bangalore starts early from Bangalore.
  • Depart at 6:00 AM from Bangalore towards Mysore.
  • Have breakfast on your way at Bidadi, a town situated on the Bengaluru – Mysuru expressway.
  • It will take around 4 hours to reach Mysore.
  • Proceed with the check-in formalities and rest for a while.
  • Head out to visit Daria Daulat Bagh built by Tipu Sultan as his summer palace. It is an incredible painted palace that encases interesting varieties within its gargantuan walls.
  • Next head towards, Tipu Sultan's Tomb built in 1784 AD by Tipu Sultan for his parents, he was also buried here in 1799 AD. Along with being historically significant, these tombs also boasts fine architectural excellence.
  • Next, witness the holy Sangam of 3 rivers Kaveri River, Lokapavani River & Hemavati River. The untouched panorama here is grand and hosts a good picnic spot.
  • Have your Lunch around 2:00 PM and relax for a while.
  • After refreshments, visit Brindavan Gardens, the garden attracts visitors with its luxuriant green lawns, terraces, flower beds, topiary and multihued fountains. The outstanding musical fountain is a water ballet of sorts, with lights and music and is played every evening for the tourists.
  • Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.

DAY 2 :

  • Wake up with a beautiful view from the hotel room and have your breakfast.
  • Check out from the hotel; and head towards Bangalore.
  • On your way to Bangalore, visit St Philomena's Church, known to be the second tallest church in Asia. It stands as a symbol of the secular viewpoint and the religious accord of Mysore.
  • Next, visit Chamundi Hills and Temple, known to be one of the 18 Maha Shakti Peethas. At the top of the hill, one can witness the 360 degrees magnificent view of Mysore city.
  • Have your Lunch at around 2:00 PM and relax for a while.
  • Next, witness the architectural brilliance of Mysore Palace, an exemplary showcase of Indo-Saracenic architecture with a blend of Gothic, Rajput, Hindu and Muslim styles.
  • Depart for Bangalore with a bag full of memories.
