Agile Community of Practice - Virtual Meetup No.2

We’ll keep it informal like last time — everyone is welcome to bring their own topic. And this time, we’ll also add two sharp questions to guide our conversation:
👉 How do you measure your impact — and how do you make it visible to others?
👉 If you could only choose three metrics to show your team’s improvement over time, which ones would you pick — and why?

Both questions touch on something essential: the balance between real impact and how we communicate it. Exploring them together could spark valuable insights for our teams and careers. These questions are relevant for all of us.

It’s an open agenda, these two questioms could attract some of you to join but please feel also free to bring-your-own-situation, it’s a lunch call. Joiners present their difficulties, we pick a few, and try collectively to have a crack at it.

Important details:

• we ask joiners to have their camera on. We believe in visual engagement and non verbal communication to bring us closer
• the session will be in English, even if most of us are not native English speakers. Come as your are, we’ll find a way — together.
