For three weeks, four coliving tracks live and build side by side in Wat Ket, Chiang Mai's riverside creative district. Main Week is where all of it comes together: six days of keynotes, workshops, demos and shared meals, open to everyone.
Come to meet people, trade ideas, and see what a month of global-meets-local collaboration actually produces.

🔑 Keynotes (Sept 24 to 26)
Benjamin Hies on what AI cannot replace in a one-person business. George Siosi Samuels on what AI keeps getting wrong about culture and consciousness. Amarit Charoenphan on failure, face and the Thai way of doing business. Jon Jandai of Pun Pun on sustainable living and saving seeds. More speakers to be announced.
🤖 Workshops (Sept 24 to 25)
Small group and hands on: AI Foundations, AI in Practice, Building Claude Agents, Vibe Coding, Bean-to-Bar Chocolate with Siamaya, Northern Thai coffee with Bella Goose, Thai medicine and herbs, Mushrooms and Tea with Potent Fungi, Money Management, Problem-to-Prototype with ShakeSphere, Sales Funnels, Design Thinking, Building Relationships.
💻 Claude Impact Labs Hackathon (Sept 26 to 27, Mövenpick Hotel)
Two days building applied AI projects that serve Chiang Mai's civic and creative communities.
🍲 Cosmo Local Pot Luck (Sept 25 evening, Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center)
One long table, around 200 people. Everyone brings a dish or a story.
🎤 Solopreneur Show & Tell (Sept 26, 2 to 5 PM, Cult Caffeine)
Solo founders share what they are building, what is working and what is not. No pitches.
🌏 Nomad Futures Lab Exhibition (Sept 23 to 28, Punthip Plaza)
Prototypes, essays and artifacts from a month of imagining what location-independent life becomes next.
🍄 Excursions (Sept 27)
Waterfalls, a cacao farm, an eco-farm, a mushroom foray. Additional cost, spots limited.
💬 Side Events (Sept 28)
The final day is participant-led. Skill shares, open jams, AMAs, live experiments. If you are here, you have something to share.
