Bangkok can be exciting, intense, and full of possibility — but it can also be easy to fall into passive routines, spend too much time indoors, or rely on the same nightlife and social circles. This group is about creating a healthier, more intentional way to meet people, move your body, explore the city, and feel more present in everyday life.

Our events are varied, relaxed, and real-life focused. We might meet for tropical fruit, join a sound bath, go for an easy jog or walk, have dinner at a vegan or healthy restaurant, explore a neighbourhood, visit a local attraction, or gather for a simple social event where conversation happens naturally.

This is for people who enjoy good food, gentle movement, wellness, city life, and meaningful connection without pressure or performance. You do not need to be super fit, spiritual, outgoing, or already established in Bangkok. Just bring curiosity, openness, and a willingness to show up.
