What we’re about

This meet-up is a safe, supportive, and respectful space for individuals navigating grief, loss, heartbreak, or divorce. You do not have to go through this chapter alone.

Life can change in a single moment. The loss of someone you love, a parent or a child, the end of a relationship, or the closing of a chapter you never imagined would end—these experiences can leave deep emotional wounds that are often unseen and misunderstood by others.

This meet-up offers a gentle community for those moving through grief, loss, breakup recovery, or divorce. Our purpose is to foster connection, understanding, and rebuilding—step by step, together.

This group is not therapy. It is a peer-led space centered on connection, open conversation, and mutual support.

We meet for:
• Sharing and open discussions
• Guided emotional healing conversations
• Topics focused on rebuilding identity
• Navigating loneliness, sudden change, and uncertainty
• Journaling and reflective exercises
• Social connection activities
• Coffee meetups, nature walks, and gentle dinner conversations

You are welcome whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago. You are welcome whether you are still in the midst of chaos or already beginning to rebuild your next chapter.

We welcome adults of all backgrounds. This is a respectful, non-judgmental environment where your pain is acknowledged, your emotions are valid, and your story matters.

And here, you do not have to carry it alone.
