Grief & Healing: A Supportive Meet-Up
Grief shows up in many forms — after the loss of a family member or close friend, the end of a marriage or relationship, or any life change that deeply alters what once felt secure. This meet-up offers a safe, compassionate space for anyone who is grieving and seeking connection, understanding, and support.
Together, we will gather to share experiences, listen without judgment, and acknowledge the pain that often feels invisible or misunderstood. Whether your loss is recent or long past, sudden or gradual, spoken or unspoken, you are welcome here.
This is not a therapy session, but a peer-support circle grounded in empathy, presence, and respect. You are free to speak, reflect quietly, or simply be with others who understand how heavy grief can feel. Topics may include coping with loss, honoring memories, navigating change, and finding moments of steadiness during uncertain times.
There is no timeline for grief. There is no “right” way to feel.
Come as you are — broken, healing, strong, tired, hopeful, or unsure.
