Hello fellow runners,
Well, I must say, it never ceases to amaze me how many people around world are connected by this simplest form of movement.
In this mega-city where you have convenient access to anything and everything, any form of movement just seems like chore. Yet, picking up your running shoes to head out for a run in the blistering heat might just be the best equaliser to offset the sedative lifestyle you might get lured into. You might question your judgement, but you'll always end up thanking yourself for going out for a run in the first place.
That's the power of running.
And it is especially powerful if it's a shared experience, pushing your fellow runners beyond their normal comfort zone. That's why I'm setting up this group, hopefully facilitate a positive environment. Let's plant the seed, and hopefully we can create a community for aspiring runners who want to train for their next race, break a new PB, or just picking a new challenge for 2022.
