What we’re about

We are an outdoor + hiking skills training group. We will help build and improve your wildness acuity, both in physical abilities and outdoor knowledge

This group is designed for beginner and intermediate hikers who want to improve their skills for the more difficult hikes. We welcome more experienced hikers who want to stay in shape, share their experiences, meet others with like interests, and who enjoy time in nature.

We focus on:

1) Physical Training: Get your body fit and ready for your next adventure. Your physical improvements will boost your confidence and prepare you to go on the more difficult hikes you have had your eyes on.

2) Technical Training: Learn pro hiking tips and how to exercise specific muscle groups to make your hiking trips feel much easier.

3) Wildness Training: Train in the skills that you need when you go hiking or camping. These skills are; How to read the trails, basic survival and wildness first aid.

4) Socializing: We meetup at various cafes throughout the city for sharing stories and fun chats :)
