This is a group for anyone interested in hiking in Thailand. All skill levels are welcome, but you should be physically active and able to do intermediate to moderately strenuous hikes. I started this group to meet other outdoor enthusiasts. I would like to plan day trips/overnight trips from Bangkok on the weekends (especially holiday weekends) to explore the beautiful natural areas of Thailand. Anyone with experience or knowledge of Thailand's nature areas and an interest in the outdoors is encouraged to join!

Khao Wong Prachan & Hiking
Soi Wutthakat 24, Khet Thon Buri, Kr, THChallenge hike at Khao Wong Prachan Trail. We are going to track the back trail of Khao Wong Prachan hill and pop up at the top peak where we find the temple, after visiting the temple we are going to hike the staircase back to the entrance. The staircase leading to the Giant Seated Buddha was just opened to visit, we can take extra steps to visit the Buddha too.

7.50: Check in
8.00: Van leaves from the Gas Station near Wutthakat BTS Station.
11.00: Arrive at the temple. We will have lunch and an introduction before we start hiking up to the peak.
12.00: Start hiking to the top of the peak. The distance of the trail is 7.2 km (Elevation gain 680 meters) and we will take the stairs to go down. The hiking time is around 2-3 hours.
15.00: Back to the entrance, get refreshed, and stretch. We can also walk up to the Buddha Image (extra steps)
16.00: Leave back to Bangkok
19.00: Arrive back in Bangkok and end the trip

Ocean View Hike & Seagull Migration
Udom Suk bus stop exit 1, Bang Na, Ba, THHike the hill peak for the ocean view. This hike is around 90 minutes drive from Bangkok. With a short driving time, we are going to hike an intermediate trail. At the top of the peak we will get an ocean view and mountain back as the reward. After that, we are going to visit the Bangpu Brige to see thousands of seagull migrate to Thailand and sunset.

Itinerary
*There are no plans to deviate from the plan unless there is an unforeseen situation10.50: Check in at Inthanin Coffee at Bangchak Gas Station, 300 meters walk from Udomsuk BTS Exit 1
11.00: Van leaves from the station driving to Chonburi Province. The journey takes about 2 hours. We are going to stop between the way for the gas station break.
13.00: Arrive at the trail entrance. Get ready for the hike.- We are going to start our hike with a staircase up all the way to the viewpoint. This will be our first viewpoint to see the Chonburi City, ocean and the mountain view.
- After that, we will turn onto the natural trail and continue our hike to the second viewpoint.
- The trail is 5 KM in loop with around 320 meter gain (assent). Take us around 2.30 to 3 hours depend of the overall group fitness
15.30: Return to the parking lot at the trailhead. And drive toward Bangkok to Bangpu, where the seagull migration takes places
17.30: Arrive at Bangpu, from parking lot, we will walk to the pier. We can enjoy seeing sunset and migration of seagull, which are normally got feed by crispy pork skin sell by the local vendors. We will spend sometime here until sunset (18.15) and twilight (18.15-18.50)
19.00: Back to the van, and return back to Bangkok.
19.30: Return back to Bangkok at Udomsuk BTS and end the trip.***

Bangkok Ghost Story Walking Tour
7-Eleven at Saphan Phanfa Pier, Soi Damrong Rak, Khwaeng Ban Bat, Khet Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, Bangkok, THWalking trip in the Bangkok Old City area and explore Thai ghostly and urban legend stories, the stories will be told at the real locations where the events took place.
This walk takes around 1.30-2 hours to finish, the total walking distance is around 3 to 4 km on the Bangkok Street.

18.15: Meet at Phanfa Pier, Before the walk start, we are going to give you the experience of a spiritual ritual that allows you to open your senses and get you ready for the walk. 7.00: Van Leaves from Bangkok. It takes around 6 hours to get there, we stop at a gas stations for a break
12.00: Stop for lunch on the way
14.00: Arrive at Wat Phra That Pha Sorn Kaew, located amidst the nature with peaceful atmosphere surrounded by high mountains.
15.30: Continune driving to Phu hin rong kla National Park
17.30: Arrive at Pha Hin Tak Trail, we are going to hike on a geolgoical trail to the end for sunset (around 1km 25 - 30 minutes walk)
18.00: Sunset Watch. We will have dinner while watching sunset. *bring headlamp with you*
19.00: Return to the van, and drive to campsite (10 minutes drive)
19.15: Set up the campsite, and enjoy the rest of the night at the campsite (Campsite is facilitate with proper shower and restroom)Day 2:
7.00-7.30: Breakfast and enjoy the view of the morning atmosphere at the campsite. After breakfast, we will leave for a hike (around 15 minutes drive)
8.00: Arrive at Phu Hin Pum. The trail is around 2.5 km (loop) which normally take around 1.30-2 hours
10.00: Return to the trailhead, take a short drive to the viewpoint (Paper Daisy season)
11.00: Return to the campsite and pack out tent, shower, and lunch at the national park restaurant. Then we will return back to Bangkok
19.00: Return to Bangkok and end of the trip.
