About us
https://www.facebook.com/BangkokHiking/
This is a group for anyone interested in hiking in Thailand. All skill levels are welcome, but you should be physically active and able to do intermediate to moderately strenuous hikes. I started this group to meet other outdoor enthusiasts. I would like to plan day trips/overnight trips from Bangkok on the weekends (especially holiday weekends) to explore the beautiful natural areas of Thailand. Anyone with experience or knowledge of Thailand's nature areas and an interest in the outdoors is encouraged to join!

(2nd Van) UNESCO, Track of wildlife & Butterfly
Soi Wutthakat 24, Khet Thon Buri, Kr, TH**Get Ticket: **https://www.bangkokhiking.com/camping/unesco-track-of-wildlife-butterfly/
Visit the largest national park in Thailand and a UNESCO world heritage site, where you may see animals, including panthers, hornbills, dusky leaf monkeys, moon bears, porcupines and other wildlife.
Millions of butterflies will travel across the healthy terrain of Krangkachan National Park every summer between April and May to get minerals from the earth and to display their beauty. We'll take the opportunity to travel to one of the world's National Parks with a diverse range of wildlife and observe over 200 different types of butterflies.
We'll set up camp at Panoune Thung Peak, which recently reopened following a three-year closure for natural restoration. At night, the campsite is quiet and dark. After viewing the sunrise in the morning, we will be able to observe the sea of fog directly from the campsite between 7-9am.
We will have a boat tour inside the dam, view a swimming monkey from the monkey island, and see the famous bridge that spans Krangkachan National Park.
