This is a group for anyone interested in hiking in Thailand. All skill levels are welcome, but you should be physically active and able to do intermediate to moderately strenuous hikes. I started this group to meet other outdoor enthusiasts. I would like to plan day trips/overnight trips from Bangkok on the weekends (especially holiday weekends) to explore the beautiful natural areas of Thailand. Anyone with experience or knowledge of Thailand's nature areas and an interest in the outdoors is encouraged to join!

Day 0
23.00: Leave from Bangkok.Day 1:
5.30: Arrive at Sunrise at Chumpon Secret Bay
5.45: Walk to from parking lot to the peak. (Technical Challenge with climbing at some point; Take around 15-20 minutes)
6.05: Sunrise view
7.00: Breakfast near the beach.
8.00: Return to the van, deive to whale watching.
8.30: Arrive at the local snorkeling tour, get change into a swimwear, breifting at leave on the boat to
9.00. The boat leaves from the pier to snorkeling spot (around 50 minutes)- Visit 2 islands
- One for snorkling to see the Sea Anemones
- One where the Whales likly to appear
- Each island are 15-20 minutes apart
- We will have lunch during the snorkeling tour, while waiting for the Whaleshark to be seen.
15.00: Return to the pier. Shower and change into dry clothes.
15.30: Return back to Bangkok
21.00-21.30: Expect to return to Bangkok and end of our trip

Overnight Van- The van will leave the gas station at 11 PM (23.00) on Friday night and takes around 6 hours to reach Chumphon.
- The driver will be well inform of the job detail and will well rest before the night shift
- The driver is an experienced with overnight driving assignment
- We will stop over at gas stations for breaks and refreshment
- VIP 9 seats (3 rows).
- The seats are adjustable to bend backward
- Please bring travel neck pillow, eyes mask, earplug or headphone to add comfortable to your journey.

The Heavenly Cult - Day Hike
Soi Wutthakat 24, Khet Thon Buri, Kr, THBack in 1973, Hub Pha Sawan used to be the biggest Buddhism cult in Thailand, this place was built as a place for heaven that combined multiple religions’ statues on top of the hills. In 1980, this place was forced to shut down by the government. Until these days, it became one of the visiting spots that only a few people know due to how awkward the situation was.
After this hike, we are going to visit the Talu Cave, which was discovered by the locals in March 2021. This trip will be a one-day trip from Bangkok to Ratchaburi Province.

8.00: Van left from a Gas station near Wutthakat BTS Station. The journey takes around 1.30 hours. We will stop at the Gas station for 15 minutes break
9.30: Arrive at Hub Pha Sawan. We are going to hike and explore the hiking routes and visit the landmarks of this route. To make the whole loop we need to hike 2.5km and around 365 steps, the trail is a combination of ruins, a natural trail,s and man-made hallways.
12.00: Back to the van and parking lot. Transfer to the van and head to our 2nd destination.
14.00: Arrive at the hiking spot. This spot was discovered on March 21 right before Covid. The distance to the peak is around 300 meters up.
15.00: Back to the van. And drive back to Bangkok.
18.00: Back to Bangkok and end the trip.

Stone Park Hiking Trail & Buddha Carved Mountain
Soi Wutthakat 24, Khet Thon Buri, Kr, THVisit the ancient city wall of U-thong and the 500 million years old Stone Park and hike the trail to see the stones and palm trees from this historical period. After the hike at the stone park, we are going to visit the Buddha Carved Mountain (claimed to be the biggest carved Buddha in the world) and hike the secret trail to visit the precipice to see the view from the top.

10.00: Arrive at five hundred millions years Stone Park. We are going to hike from the entrance to see the city wall of U-Thong, which considered as an ancient city of Thailand. At the end of the trail, we will pop up at the stone park. These parks aged from prehistory (450 to 500 million years old/ 50 and 65 million years after the dinosaur period.) The park is filled with interested rocks and palm tree (dracaena) (The distance is around 3km, take around 2 hours)
12.30: Lunch time. Then we back to the van to visit a big buddha
13.30: Arrive at the Buddha carved mountain at Wat Khao Tham Theam. The temple located in front of the big clifft, whice once a part of the clift.
14.30: Back to the van drive to visit Wat Khao Phra Si Sanphet. A quick stop at the temple with panoramic view of U-thong city and the big Buddha craved.
15.00: Back to the van. And drive back to Bangkok.
17.30: Back to Bangkok and end the trip.
