The Tsaatan, also known as the reindeer tribe, are one of the last groups of nomadic reindeer herders in the world. With only about 400 Dukha people across 70-80 families, their unique culture is among the most critically endangered on the planet.
About the Journey:

• This two-week adventure will take us deep into the Taiga of northern Mongolia, where we will travel using a combination of car, horseback, and trekking. Along the way, we’ll stop for sightseeing and fully immerse ourselves in the rich culture of Mongolia by staying with local families and at traditional ger hostels. It’s the perfect way to truly experience Mongolian life!
