🐣Is this event suitable for beginners?🐣
This is not suitable for complete beginners because there will not be any support or guidance available.However you can do a Beginner Session at 9AM and then stay for the Community Session at 10AM

🧖What should I bring?
Bring clothes/swimwear to wear in the Ice bath and Sauna and a towel.

⏰Do I have to arrive at 10AM?
No, you don’t. But you will miss out on the Tea and Introductions
