What we’re about
This group is for people interested in free movement, improvisation, and embodied exploration.
We bring together individuals curious about moving without fixed choreography, inspired by practices such as contact improvisation, butoh, ecstatic dance, somatic movement, and simple presence in the body — while staying open to many forms and approaches.
Events may include open movement jams, guided explorations, or informal gatherings focused on listening, curiosity, and personal expression through movement.
No experience is required.
All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
Everyone is free to engage in their own way and at their own pace.
This group values respect, awareness, and care, creating a space where everyone can move at their own pace.
