is for everyone who wants to stay in shape or getting ready for there next event. We will go at an easy casual pace. No quad busters...

I have ran 5, 10 & 21km in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Belgium & Nederlands. I also helped people get off the couch to their first 5km event.

Welcome to Foodie & Coffee Adventure

Agenda:
let's explore the end of the BTS line Kheha.
We will walk around, have lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in the area and finish in style by the ocean with a cup of coffee.
Optional: We can visit a Buddhist temple along the way and will depend on your energy level
