What we’re about
This group is about language and cultural exchange in a fun context - whilst on a field trip or travelling. Everyone is welcome - anyone who likes to learn/practice Thai, English or other languages which we can learn from each other in this group.
We would take day trips/overnight trips from Bangkok on the weekends to beautiful places near Bangkok or other nearby provinces. Most of these trips would be on cost-sharing basis as well as to cover the Meetup host subscription expenses.
We try to keep our carbon footprint low and minimize harm to the environment, and one of the ways to do that is encouraging vegan/vegetarian-friendly trips. Also proceeds from our activities are either going towards supporting local communities or donations to temples.
