Bangkok Island X Galleries Night are teaming up for a special night on the river.
Galleries Night in Bangkok is not just an “art crawl” — it is an echo of Nuit Blanche, a night where cities decide that art should not sleep, and imagination should not close its doors just because the clock moves deeper into the night. For 15 editions, this moment has been a reminder that Bangkok has artists who refuse quiet, refuse smallness, refuse to be hidden — they bloom after dark. This year, 85 galleries are opening their doors across the city… and the river will be one of them.
On November 21st, Bangkok Island becomes a floating “open gallery” — not sailing, but moored and breathing like a temporary art organism on the Chao Phraya. Here, performance is not placed on stage — it becomes the air between bodies. We will combine poetry with rhythm, movement with breath, fashion with surrealism, canvas with dancers, aerial with water, and DJ sets that do not just play music — but bend mood, colour, skin temperature, and the speed at which the night moves. This is not a party — it is a living installation you step into.
