7V7 with 1 Rolling Substitution per team.
1 Hour. Keeper rotates and everyone goes in goal.

First 18 are guaranteed to play and those that sign up after will be waitlisted and may be accomodated in cases of no show.

We may add an extra game if the number of players waitlisted exceed 10 players.

No slide tackles or disrespectful behavior. We are not responsible for any injuries.

All weather pitch, so game goes on regardless. We may ban members for continuous no shows.
