RSVP RULES

• Please don't post on the event wall trying to reserve a sub spot or create a waiting list as it creates too much confusion. From now you should only reply to a post of someone saying they can't make it and do a first come first served system.
• If someone is RSVP'd as going and does a "no show" they will be blocked from the group for one month.
• If you RSVP but can't make it for whatever reason, please write on the event wall to see if someone replies and can send you money to take your spot. If someone does take your spot please keep your RSVP as going. In the unfortunate situation someone isn't able to take your spot please RSVP as not-going. An example of this is below

Player A has RSVP'd already as going but realises he's unable to play and writes on the event wall

"Sorry guys I can't make it does anyone want my spot"

Player B hasn't RSVP'd but wants to play. They reply to the wall post stating they want the spot

"I'll take it. Please let me know your payment details"

Player A/B then work out the payment for the spot. Player A then keeps their RSVP as going once they received the money from Player B. Player B comes to the event in place of Player A.

DESCRIPTION

• 3G artificial grass all-weather outdoor pitches with floodlights
• Changing rooms & showers are on site
• Football, bibs and goals are provided
• Astros or rubber studs permitted, no metal studs please
• Shin pads are recommended
• We will use bibs to divide into two teams and play for 90 minutes
• Games always start on time so please arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and sort out teams.
• Any drinks MUST be paid for in cash at the lobby.

PAYMENT

• Payment via Meetup (Paypal or Credit Card) only for this event.
• To guarantee yourself an RSVP spot please make payment through the Meetup application when RSVP'ing. Paying this way will have you automatically added to the event as "going".
• For those not able to pay via Paypal or Credit Card. You can try contact someone else who's going to the event and see if they can RSVP you as their "guest". If you're RSVPing this way you must send that person payment for RSVPing you as the "guest" before they do so.
• If a "guest" can't make the event after paying, it's down to the person who RSVP'd them to update the RSVP status.

GAME PLAY RULES

• No aggressive slide tackling or foul play. Going to ground is allowed but only to block a shot or pass. It's unacceptable to make any sliding movement towards another player.
• Any kind of aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated
• Everyone must play fair, respect their teams-mates and opponents
• Goalkeepers: everyone rotates every 5-10 mins
• You can score in the goal area, no offside rule, no back-pass rule, kick-ins instead of throw-ins
• 1 Sub per team: everyone rotates every 5-10 mins

Parking is available on site beside the football pitches.
