Interested in meditation, mind training, mindfulness, being present, contemplation, loving-kindness, compassion, and wisdom development?
We follow Tibetan Buddhist meditation method under the guidance of Lama Rinchen Phuntsok who visits Thailand from time to time. We will be updating his and other interesting activities to this group.
Our meetups are usually light, easy-going and enjoyable : -)
