This is a "coaching circle" for Product Owners / Product Managers and Business Analysts who work in the banking sector. If you answer yes to any of the following questions, then this group is for you:
1. Are transitioning from BA to PO or PM, or from a PO to PM or
2. Are you new to the PO / PM role ?
3. Are you are stuck in a hierarchical / complex organisation where things don't go your way?
4. Do your line managers don't understand your role and give you a hard time?
5. Do you not receive enough support ?
6. You have little tools at your disposal to make your life easier?
Welcome ! My name is Padmini and I have been a BA / PO / agile coach and transformation coach for medium to fortune 500 organisations like Natwest Group ( Cotts), JP Morgan, AP Moller Maersk and Santander CIB. I hear you ! I empathise you ! Come join the coaching circle!
Please note that you must already possess the title to be part of the group. Each coaching circle will have max 8 participants. All events will be online. Having said that we shall meet up for some face-face catch-ups too once in a while.
