High level English Philosophical Discussion

Is it OK to do something wrong if no one gets hurt or is negativley effected by it? How does this tie with the idea that an action can be negative but at the same time victimless?

The discussion is in English and you will need to have a high B2 level or above to participate. Attendance numbers are limited due to the size of the venue.
