This group is dedicated to every person curious and interested in exploring their body abilities through the practice of Animal flow. It's a bodyweight practice, no mat needed, no shoes needed. Only your body, your curiosity and your motivation.
Anyone is welcome, wether you're a begginer and have never practiced sports or if you're a practitioner. This discipline offers you tools to gain real deep strength, not just the muscle you see, mobility, flexibility, endurance.
During the 1 hour session we will explore the basics of Animal Flow, and we will build up a flow that we'll practice in the end.
