Have you ever had a great idea for an app but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you’re curious about how apps go from concept to reality? Thanks to the latest AI tools, building apps is more accessible than ever before.
In this 6-week hands-on workshop, we’ll design and build a real app as a team, from scratch.

### 🚀 What You’ll Learn
We’ll walk through the full journey of app creation — from understanding user needs to launching a functional app. This workshop is grounded in Design Thinking, a user-centered methodology that helps us deeply understand our users and the problems they face, before jumping into solutions.
### 🔍 What Makes a Good App Idea?
A good app solves a real problem. During our first sessions, we’ll explore what makes an idea truly useful, and we’ll select one idea together as our project for the entire workshop.

### 🗓️ Workshop Structure
Duration: 6 weeks
Schedule: 2 sessions per week, 2 hours each
Total: 24 hours
Here’s what the journey looks like:
Week 1:
- Learn the Design Thinking process
- Understand the importance of UX
- Brainstorm app ideas and choose one
- Form teams with defined roles (like in a real startup)
Week 2:
- Research user needs and problems
- Build empathy and create user personas
Week 3:
- Brainstorm solutions
- Design the user flow and wireframes
Week 4:
- Build the first working prototype
- Test with users and gather feedback
Weeks 5 & 6:
- Iterate based on feedback
- Add features (e.g., user registration, database, payments)
- Continue building and refining the app

### 🧠 Tools & Tech Stack
We’ll use a combination of AI and modern development tools, including:
- **Lovable.ai** – to generate the initial front end
- VSCode + GitHub Copilot – to write and adapt code
- Firebase – for authentication and database

### 👥 No Coding Required!
You don’t need to be a programmer to join. We’ll split into roles just like a real product team. Possible roles include:
- UX Designer
- Product Manager
- Business Strategist
- AI & Data Lead
- Developer

### 💰 Cost & Registration
- First class is free! We’ll introduce the process, tools, and what to expect.
- After that, we’ll select a smaller group of committed participants.
- Cost for the remaining sessions: €20 per 2-hour class (€240 total)
