What we’re about
Who is this group for?
Parents of babies aged 0–11 months, and expecting moms and dads.
Why join us?
— Learn how to play with your baby — and discover that you already know more than you think!
— Meet other parents and maybe make a few new friends.
— Let your baby gently experience being around other children.
— Get practical tips and support for your parenting journey.
— Share your story and feel heard, seen, and supported.
Led by a professional
The group is led by a medical doctor and specialist in early childhood development, combining evidence-based knowledge and real-life experience of working with families and babies. You’ll get warm, respectful support grounded in both science and everyday parenting realities.
What to expect at our meetups?
Each session is 45 minutes of relaxed play, connection, and discovery — for both babies and adults. In a warm and welcoming space, babies explore, observe, and meet new faces, while parents stay close, play, and connect with one another.
We also talk about everyday parenting topics: feeding, sleep, baby care, starting solids, first words, emotions, play, bonding — and more. All with respect, empathy, and the latest knowledge. No pressure, no judgment — just real conversation and shared experience.
This isn’t a class or a training. It’s a safe space to be yourself, grow alongside your baby, and feel part of a supportive community.
