Baby Playgroup & Parent Support Meetup

Looking for a calm, supportive place to spend time with your baby and meet other parents? You’re welcome to join our weekly baby playgroup — a warm and nurturing environment for both little ones and their grown-ups.

What to expect?
— 45 minutes of gentle play, exploration, and connection
— Age: babies from birth to 11 months — and expecting parents are warmly welcome, too
— A relaxed atmosphere where babies can observe, move, and interact at their own pace
— Parents stay close, join in play, and connect with one another
— Each session includes time for conversation about real-life topics from the first year: sleep, feeding, baby care, play, bonding, emotions — and more

The group is led by a medical doctor and specialist in early childhood development, combining evidence-based knowledge with real-life experience of working with families and babies. You’ll get support that’s warm, respectful, and grounded in both science and real parenting life.

Bring:
• A small blanket or mat for your baby
• Anything your little one needs to feel comfortable
• Comfortable clothing — we’ll be sitting and playing on the floor
