We expect that you are already accustomed to the basics of beach volleyball, such as receiving, setting and attacking. ✅

We will take your game to the next level by correcting and improving your technique and skills. Be ready for a dynamic training focusing on:

Agility, speed & reactionary drills
In-system & out-of-system passing
In-system & out-of-system setting
Shooting & jumbo attacks
Blocking, block calls & block pulling
Serving (HEART)
Serve receiving
And more….

And of course, we will play at the end of the training, so you can show us what you've learned in practice! 🦁🔜⭐
