About us
We're going to have group boxing session with 5 people by the Mar Bella beach in Poblenou.
The sessions will be led by Arthurs Astermov, a pro boxer who is great with beginners, and of course perefct if you're intermediate or advanced as well.
The class will be a mix of technique, pad work and conditioning, so be ready to break a sweat :)
Bring your boxing gloves if you have any, but don't worry if you don't as we can provide them, just let us know in advance.
The sessions will be approximately one hour.
