An evening to soften, realign, and come home to your body. Join us for a journey combining Chinese Medicine wisdom, acupressure, yin yoga with sound healing and acupressure massage, and a closing tea ceremony to integrate and connect.

Workshop Agenda
Opening & Intention
1.Welcome into the space, a short grounding practice, and overview of what we’ll explore together.
- Introduction to Chinese Medicine & Energy Pathways
An accessible introduction to the foundational concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine: meridians, qi flow, and the body-mind connection.
3. Acupressure learning
Learn and practice self-acupressure techniques focusing on key points to relieve tension, clear the mind, and support emotional clarity.
4.Yin Yoga, Sound Healing & Acu-Massage Journey
Drop into a restorative yin yoga sequence infused with gentle hands-on acupressure and soothing sound vibrations to support deep release.
5. Tea Ceremony & Closing Circle
We gather in presence with a sacred tea ceremony - an invitation to sip, reflect, and anchor the journey .
